How to limit the effect of alcohol on our skin?

Another tip? The glass of water technique. “Alcohol being diuretic, it dehydrates the skin. It is recommended to drink twice as much water to compensate for dehydration. Finally, we put on a good care routine: gentle cleansing and the application of a moisturizer whose texture must be adapted to your skin type, ”concludes the dermatologist.
