Description

Ingredients

  • Shrimp: 1 lb medium raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
  • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
  • Smoked paprika: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt and pepper: To taste
  • Romaine lettuce: 2 cups, chopped
  • Parmesan cheese: 1/3 cup, shaved
  • Caesar dressing: 1/3 cup
  • Whole wheat tortillas: 4 large

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and marinate for 15 minutes.
