Description

Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Creamy Pesto Alfredo Tortellini is the ultimate dinner combo—rich, seared steak bites and cheesy tortellini tossed in a creamy pesto-infused Alfredo sauce. It’s fast, fancy, and full of flavor, perfect for date night or weeknight wins.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cubed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 12 oz cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • ¼ cup basil pesto
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Boil tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a hot skillet, melt butter. Add steak bites, season with salt and pepper, and sear for 2–3 mins per side.
  3. Add garlic to the steak, sauté 1 more minute. Remove steak and set aside.
  4. In another pan, combine cream, Parmesan, pesto, garlic powder, and salt. Stir until creamy and thickened.
  5. Add tortellini to sauce and toss to coat. Serve with steak bites on top or alongside.

Notes

  • For added flair, toss in sun-dried tomatoes or spinach.
  • Use a hot skillet for the best steak sear.
  • Leftovers reheat beautifully with a splash of cream.
