Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, pepper, salt, and paprika.
- Add steak strips to marinade, toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 390°F.
- Lightly oil the basket. Place steak strips in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking basket halfway through for even cooking.
